Community Guidelines

Welcome to ScratchByCMTravel! We believe in fostering an environment where everyone can express themselves freely without offending others. To maintain this positive and respectful space, we ask that you be honest, kind, and considerate of others.

Listed below are our community policies. Please familiarize yourself with them and follow them both online and offline. Remember that your offline behavior can result in the termination of your ScratchByCMTravel account.

ScratchByCMTravel is not for:

Nudity and Sexual Content: Keep your profile and conversations clean and appropriate for public consumption. Do not include nudity, sexually explicit content, or explicit descriptions of your sexual desires in your profile.

Harassment: Do not engage in, or encourage others to engage in, any targeted abuse or harassment against any other user. This includes sending unsolicited sexual content to your matches. We take reports of stalking, threats, bullying, or intimidation very seriously.

Violence and Physical Harm: Any violent, graphic, or gory content, as well as any actions or content that promote or threaten violence of any kind, including terrorism, is strictly prohibited. Physical assault, coercion, and any acts of violence are also prohibited. Content that promotes or glorifies suicide or self-harm is not allowed. In such situations, we may take steps to assist the user, including reaching out with crisis resources.

Hate Speech: We do not tolerate any content that promotes, advocates for, or condones racism, bigotry, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on factors such as (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, disability, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Private Information: Please do not publicly share any private information, whether it’s yours or someone else’s. This includes social security numbers, passports, passwords, financial information, or unlisted contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or home/work addresses.

Spam: Be genuine and don’t use ScratchByCMTravel to drive people to external websites via links or any other means.

Promotion or Solicitation: Do not solicit other users or use ScratchByCMTravel to advertise your event, business, non-profit, political campaign, contest, or conduct research. While we’re excited that you’re doing a comedy show next week, please do not use ScratchByCMTravel to promote it.

Prostitution and Trafficking: Promoting or advocating for commercial sexual services, human trafficking, or other non-consensual sexual acts is strictly prohibited and will result in the ban of your account from ScratchByCMTravel.

Scamming: Anyone attempting to obtain other users’ private information for fraudulent or illegal activities may be banned. Users caught sharing their own financial account information (such as PayPal or Venmo) for the purpose of receiving money from other users may also be banned from ScratchByCMTravel.

Impersonation: Please be yourself and do not impersonate others.

If you violate any of these policies, your account may be banned from ScratchByCMTravel. We encourage you to report any behavior that goes against our policies and familiarize yourself with our Safety Tips. Thank you for being a part of our community!
